How fast can I see results?

It depends on your starting point and your goal. 
If you want to lose a significant amount of fat, you will generally see progress faster than someone already close to his or her goal body. 
Note that both fat loss and muscle gains TAKE TIME and PATIENCE. But you have come to the right place to not be in this alone - I am here to help you achieve your goals.

Is it complicated to track?

Not at all. I assure you, it all sounds more complicated than it actually is. And I'm here for you every step of the way.

Is tracking my food intake a little obsessive?

Think about it this way: have you ever followed a recipe and weighed all the ingredients to make sure your meal turns out how it should? This is exactly what the purpose of all of this is about. Learning how to fuel your body with the right amount of macronutrients and calories to reach your goals. 
And I promise: you don't need to track your food forever - it is just a tool to learn about portion sizes and food choices to suit your body and lifestyle.

Is tracking compatible with Keto / Low Carb / Paleo / any other special diet?

Yes, generally speaking it is. But: there is absolutely NO NEED to keep away from any food to reach your goals, unless you have any health issues, such as food intolerances, allergies or need to cut out certain foods due to a disease.

Do you offer a workout program as well?

No, I don´t. I am not a trainer but have been working out myself from home for the last 3 years with an app. Feel free if you need any recommendations! 
And please note: nutrition is key for fat loss. In fact, you don't need to workout at all to lose fat. But of course there are COUNTLESS other benefits and you should absolutely move your body regularly!
